Brandt Snedeker has an overall record of 4-2-0 at the Ryder Cup. Keegan Bradley recently appointed him as the second vice-captain of Team USA for the 2025 Ryder Cup.
Bradley was appointed as the team's captain a month ago and he selected Webb Simpson as the first vice-captain two weeks ago. The 2025 Ryder Cup is scheduled from September 22 to 28 at Bethpage Black Course, Farmingdale, New York, USA.
Talking about selecting Brand Snedeker as vice-captain, Bradley said (via ESPN):
"As I've started preparing for the 2025 Ryder Cup, I quickly realized that Brandt was someone I wanted by my side. Having competed in two Ryder Cups, including a stellar individual performance in 2016, Brandt's experience and insight will surely be beneficial to our team in the months ahead."
As far as Snedeker's record is concerned, he has had 13 professional wins with nine of them coming on the PGA Tour. He is currently ranked No. 753 in the OWGR rankings. He achieved his best ranking, fourth place, in February 2013.
Brandt Snedeker has played in two Ryder Cups for Team USA. He played for the country in 2012 and 2016. After being chosen as the second vice-captain, Snedeker said (via ESPN):
"The Ryder Cup is unlike anything in our sport and I hope to bring the passion and pride to help Keegan deliver his vision of what a Ryder Cup in New York should look like."
"I am so excited to serve alongside my good friend Webb and know we will do everything in our power to help Keegan and the players be ready for a great competition next September at Bethpage Black," he added.
In the 2012 Ryder Cup, Brandt Snedeker earned a point for the USA. His overall record that year was 1-2-0. Simpson earned three points for the USA with an overall record of 3-0-0 at the 2016 Ryder Cup. The USA won the 2016 Ryder Cup by 17-11 with a significant contribution from Snedeker.

Brandt Snedeker has had a disappointing 2024 season. In 21 starts, he has missed cuts in 17 tournaments. He has failed to have a single top-25 finish this year. He finished 208th in the FedExCup standings with a meager 20 points.
