Brooks Koepka's wife Jena Sims has once again offered to clear her followers' shopping wish lists with a special focus on helping teachers. She is doing generous work under her initiative 'Back to School.'
Brooks Koepka and Sims were engaged in 2021 and got married in 2022. In July 2023, they welcomed their son, Crew. Recently, Jena Sims took to her Instagram Stories to announce her initiative. She said:
"Back to school, baby. I am clearing out more Amazon wishlists. I did this last year."
She further shared a 'fond memory' about how the initiative began. She said that when her son Crew was born, she was unable to do much during the challenging time and then she decided to reach out to her followers and asked them to send their Amazon wish lists.
In another story, Jena Sims said that many of her friends are teachers and she wants to extend special help to teachers and wants their classrooms to look fabulous. She said:
"I want you to have what you need. I know how expensive it is to buy the cool little things that you need on your wishlist and that stuff adds up. So I'm gonna drop a link probably on the next slide just to make it easy."
In another story, she detailed that she cleared requests that had compelling backstories. She said:
"But some of the ones I cleared out, actually all probably the ones I cleared out last year, there was a backstory. It was like, hey, I'm a local teacher. I'm in Palm Beach Gardens or hey, I did pageants or I just felt connected to the ones that told me a little bit about themselves, their students, why they love teaching."
She shared a link to a form on her Pageant of Hope website to streamline the process and asked her followers to submit their requests there and avoid the chaos of direct messages.
Jena Sims further said that she didn't know how many wish lists she would clear but promised to spend time over the weekend to support teachers.
