Brooks Koepka has competed in the prestigious Masters tournament nine times and is set to compete for the 10th time this year. Meanwhile, Koepka's wife Jena Sims is already gearing up for the event.
In a recent picture posted by Sims on Instagram, she shared a glimpse of her son Crew's white caddie uniform for the Masters. Along with the white jumpsuit, she expressed her excitement, writing:
"It'll be here before ya know it."
Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims got married in 2022 and welcomed their son Crew in July 2023. At the 2024 Masters, both Jena Sims and Crew caddied for Brooks Koepka at the Par 3 Contest. It's a Masters tradition held on Wednesday where family members act as golfers' caddies.
In last year's press conference at the Masters, Koepka was asked if he had learned anything about him in the process of being a parent. He said (via ASAP Sports):
"Yeah, I have. Definitely a lot more patient. It's the coolest experience. Every day just seems to get better and better. And everybody I talk to, it's like just wait, wait a few years. And then, who knows, by the time he's 17 or 18 he's going to hate me. So it is what it is."
Koepka was asked about his experience in his first Masters as a dad. He had said:
"Yeah, it will be cool. Just trying to set a good example for him. I know he's too young to understand what's going on and anything like that, but just for the years down the road. Not trying to be perfect but just trying to be the best man I can be for him and set a good example."
The 2025 Masters will be held from April 10 to 13 at the iconic Augusta National Golf Course in Augusta, Georgia.
