Caitlin Clark competed at the Pro-Am event at the Annika driven by Gainbridge at Pelican. The WNBA star stole the spotlight with her custom Nike Infinity Tour 2 shoes.
Clark's shoes were soft pink with a golden Nike swoosh. The most striking feature of her shoes was the metallic gold soles. The shoes are available on Nike's official website starting from $170 in different colorways. As per the description, the Infinity Tour 2 offers more grip, comfort, style, and bounce.
"The Infinity Tour 2 ups the ante from the previous iteration with more spikes, updated foam and a flattened Air Zoom unit. It's all in the name of swaggering strolls toward the pin as you point to where your ball just landed," the description read.

Caitlin Clark was paired with Nelly Korda and Annika Sorenstam. She teed off on the front nine alongside the LPGA's Player of the Year and finished back nine with the LPGA legend.
Talking about her experience playing with the Korda and Sorenstam, she said, via ASAP Sports:
"It was so fun. Obviously getting to see them do what they do up front is like people would pay for that. I got to do it for free and have fun with them.
"Definitely a fun morning. Feel very thankful that Gainbridge had me out here. Obviously their support of women's sports is tremendous. Very lucky and fortunate. Hung in there; did all right. It was a good day."
This was Clark's second appearance at a Pro-Am event. She also participated in the PGA Tour's John Deere Classic last year.
Caitlin Clark remembers the first time she received golf clubs on one of her birthdays
Caitlin Clark expressed her fondness for golf on several past occasions. At the end of her 2024 WNBA season, she joked that she would become a professional golfer in the off-season.
In the post-event press conference at Annika after her Pro-Am competition, Clark was asked who had put a golf club in her hand for the first time and who had taught her the game. She named her father Brent Clark and said, via ASAP Sports:
"My dad. I loved it. My dad played a little bit growing up. I remember for one of my birthdays I asked for golf clubs and I got this cute little pink set. Probably from, who knows, like just the store up the street. A cheap plastic -- not plastic, but pretty cheap pair. Had them for a while; they were cute.
"Got some nice clubs eventually. You know, I really love it. I love being outside, being with my friends. We make it competitive. We are all kind of hacks, but we still find a way to make it competitive because that's what we do," she added.
Caitlin Clark also praised Nelly Korda's golf skills. She said it was "fun" to play alongside her.
