Charley Hull gives fans a sneak peek of her 'fun'-filled family weekend

Charley Hull is currently enjoying her preseason break by spending quality time with her family. Recently, she had a weekend outing and shared several photos from the experience on her social media account.

Hull, a two-time winner on the LPGA Tour and a four-time winner on the Ladies European Tour, is also a popular figure on social media, regularly interacting with her 713K Instagram followers.

On Sunday, January 26, Hull took to Instagram to share a few snapshots from her weekend getaway with her family. The first photo featured her with her cousin Jodie Bradshaw's daughter, followed by pictures of a dish, frozen strawberries, and a selfie on the last slide.

Charley Hull explains why she doesn't believe in golf-specific training

On Sunday, Charley Hull took to Instagram to share her thoughts on why she prefers running over golf-specific training. She explained that she finds golf training boring and has no interest in it. Hull added that general training and weightlifting have positively impacted her game. She also expressed her love for running, highlighting it as a key part of her fitness routine.

"I love running as a hobby and for my fitness and my mind," she continued. "The more fitter you are the less jet lag you get and the more stamina you have."

Further, she also clarified that she takes all necessary precautions to avoid injuries by following proper recovery methods, including ice baths, compression boots, physiotherapy, and massages.

"And I hate being a slob I love always being on the go living life in the fast lane. Sleep is key though I get bout 10-11 hours a night of sleep but I also can survive for 4/5 hours of sleep no problem," she added.

She also clarified that smoking was the only bad habit she had.

"I don't eat hardly unhealthy I eat super clean I never drink alcohol pribs 2/3 times a year max I got all my drinking out the way when I was 18/19 (good times) Here's to all you Karen's out there 😂💯," she concluded.

Charley Hull was last seen competing at the CME Group Tour Championship, where she finished tied for 16th. However, she will not be participating in the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, scheduled to take place from January 30 to February 2 at Lake Nona Golf Club in Orlando, Florida.
