Charley Hull has thanked fans after receiving an overwhelming response to her Great Ormond Street Hospital fundraiser campaign. She expressed gratitude, stating that the money collected would be used for the hospital's development and charity initiatives.
Charley Hull is a two-time winner on the LPGA Tour and a four-time winner on the LET. She is also one of the most popular women golfers, known for her goodwill and philanthropic efforts.
Recently, Hull launched the fundraiser campaign for GOSH, which concluded on Sunday, December 15. Following the campaign's conclusion, the English superstar took to Instagram to thank her fans for their generous contributions.
"My raffle raising funds for GOSH (Great Ormond Street Hospital) has ended, and together we raised an incredible £17,030," she wrote. Thank you so much to all those who spread the word and bought tickets. I'm overwhelmed by your support and generosity.
"They are a fantastic charity and this money will help in their mission to develop the hospital, fund research, and provide care so that more sick children and their families can be looked after All winners have been notified by email," she added.
Great Ormond Street Hospital is a children's hospital located in Bloomsbury, London. It is the largest center for child heart surgery in the UK.
The two-time LPGA Tour winner began the raffle on December 5 through a website called Raffall. For the raffle, she included some special memorabilia in the prize collection.

"I will never ask for money or gift cards" - Charley Hull issues statement after recent scamming incident
Last week Charley Hull took to Instagram to release a statement after recent incidents of her fans getting scammed by her fake social media accounts.
"I mentioned this a few weeks ago but after an incident at a tournament recently, I feel the need to speak out again," she wrote. "I will never ask for money or gift cards in exchange for meet & greets or fan club membership. These clubs are fake and run by scammers.
"My team and I only use my official social media accounts, @charley.hull (Instagram) @hullcharley (X) at ALL times, there are no exceptions. I am not on Tik Tok. There are so many fake accounts out there claiming to be me, if you are contacted by them please please report. Let's all stick together so we can beat the scammers."
