Charley Hull is busy preparing for the 2025 LPGA season. She is spending a lot of her time working out and practicing to sharpen her skills. Meanwhile, she took a day off from all the hustle of her golf life and spent it with her niece Ash in Surrey. She shared an Instagram story on January 26, talking about the same, with the caption:

Hull's close family includes her mother, maternal grandparents, and her half-sisters. She often spends time with them and gives a glimpse of it to her followers on social media.

Besides that, the 28-year-old often stays in the news for her insane workout routines. 2024 was as much about physical transformation as it was about her golf achievements. The one routine that turned heads was Hull's "12 days of Christmas" workout, which became a hallmark of her training.

Hull's intense routine included ski calories, double dumbbell thrusters, step-overs, burpee box jumps, cleans and a notable 6,300-meter run. Added to that, Hull uses ice therapy, a daunting recovery method after workouts. Last year in December, she pulled off the freezing challenge quite effortlessly. With that, let's look at how Charley Hull fared in the 2024 season.

Hull had a mixed 2024 season where she competed in 17 events, making 15 cuts and delivering five top-10 finishes. While she went winless on the PGA Tour, she won the Aramco Team Series - Riyadh on the LET.

Hull's first appearance in 2025 will be at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions scheduled from January 30 to February 2 at the Lake Nona golf course. The event, which boasts a whopping $2,000,000, will host stars like Brooke Henderson, Nelly Korda and Leo Thompson.

However, Hull's return holds challenges from the past. In July 2024, a slip in the shower led to a right shoulder injury, which affected her last year. To make matters worse, her MRI scans suggested major damage as the shoulder developed arthritis.

Eventually, it affected her swing mechanics and overall performance, prompting her to take a break from golf. From her experience and past learnings, Charley Hull is all set for the upcoming season.
