Tiger Woods is set to return to competitive golf next week as he has committed to the 2024 PNC Championship alongside his son, Charlie Woods. This will mark his first appearance on the golf course since July.

The 2024 PNC Championship is scheduled to take place from Thursday, December 19, to Sunday, December 22, at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club Orlando, Grande Lakes. The exhibition event will feature 20 teams competing over four days.

On Tuesday, December 10, Tiger and Charlie confirmed their participation in the PNC Championship, marking their fifth appearance at the event.

Following the confirmation, Tiger Woods expressed his excitement about his return to the PNC Championship.

"Playing together is something we look forward to and it’s always more special when you’re surrounded by friends and family," he said in his official statement.

The PNC Championship will feature 40 players with a combined total of 69 majors, 40 senior majors, and over 1,000 wins. 13-year-old Will McGee is the youngest player in the field, competing alongside his mother, Annika Sorenstam. Gary Player, who is 89 years old, is the oldest competitor.
