Did Justin Thomas throw a tee at Jordan Spieth at the Valspar Championship?

Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth are best friends. The golfers have been friends since their college days. They are currently competing at the Valspar Championship, which is underway from March 15 to March 19 in Florida.

After the first round, Spieth settled for fourth position, while Thomas wrapped up a scoring deficit of two to finish in 12th position.

During a press conference, while Spieth was talking about the game and his performance, JT threw a tee at his friend and luckily he caught it.

The PGA Tour shared a post on their social media page with the caption saying:

"Jordan wasn't phased by JT throwing a tee at him."

Golf fans talked about the golfers' friendship in the comments section of the post. They wrote:

"Still no word on if they’re friends or not. Does anyone know if they’re bros?"

"JT is sooooooo cool"

Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth's friendship featured in 'Full Swing'

Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas were featured in Netflix's golf series, Full Swing. The American duo talked about their friendship, jealousy, and a lot of other things in the opening episode of the series.

The first episode titled, "Frenemies", entirely revolved around Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth's relationship. They have known each other for a very long time now.

The series also highlighted how Thomas was jealous of Spieth at the beginning of their career and how their friendship grew over time.

The duo paired up to play in The Match in December 2022 and defeated Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods.

Both are now playing in the Valspar Championship and are looking forward to winning the trophy.

The second round of the tournament will start at 7:40 am ET with Nate Lashley, Brian Stuard, and Robby Shelton taking on the first hole, while Sam Ryder, Max McGreevy, and SH Kim will start on the tenth hole at 7:45 am ET.
