The European Tour is set to return with the Dutch Open after the conclusion of the Scandinavian Mixed and the PGA Tour's third Major, the US Open. The tournament was founded in the year 1912 and has been on the European Tour since 1972, the year it was created.

DP World Tour's 2024 KLM Open will boast a total purse of $2.5 million. Out of this purse, the winner of the tournament will walk home with $425,000. Apart from the prize money, points for the prestigious Race to Dubai will also be awarded at the Dutch Open.
