Fortinet Cup champion John Keefer earns his way into the Procore Championship

Fortinet Cup champion John Keefer has qualified for the Procore Championship field. This will be his maiden start on the PGA Tour.

The Procore Championship will mark the beginning of the FedEx Cup Fall season. The event will be held from Thursday, September 12, to Sunday, September 15, at Silverado Country Club (North Course) in Napa, California.

Keefer joined the PGA Tour Americas in 2024 and had an outstanding debut season, which earned him an invitation to the Procore Championship. He made the cut in all ten starts this season and recorded nine top-ten finishes. He won the CentrePort Canada Rail Park Manitoba Open and finished runner-up in four other events.

The 23-year-old golfer has a scoring average of 65.58 this season and is currently ranked 240th in the OWGR. He earned a PGA Tour Americas card for this season after finishing 25th in the PGA Tour University rankings last year.

The 2024 Procore Championship will feature top names, such as Max Homa, Wyndham Clark, and defending champion Sahith Theegala.
