Bryson DeChambeau has revealed that he has invested over one million dollars in his YouTube channel. However, he added that he hasn't received any profit from the channel as of now, and his genuine interest lies in growing the game.

Bryson DeChambeau is a nine-time winner on the PGA Tour, including two major championships. He now plays on the LIV Golf circuit, where he has won multiple times and serves as the captain of Crushers GC. Last year, he also saw significant growth on his YouTube channel, where he has earned over 1 million subscribers.

Recently, DeChambeau was a guest on The Joe Pomp Show, hosted by Joe Pompliano, where he shed light on his investment in the YouTube channel.

"I've spent, well, not spent, I guess. I invested, I guess you could say, over a million dollars into this," he said. "And am I making money off of it right now? No, I'm not. That's the cool part though, is that I hope people can see that I'm doing it because there's a genuine interest in growing the game of golf."

During the conversation, the two-time major champion revealed that he had overseen a good number of people working for him, but most of the time, it was autonomous.

"It's a co-creation," he said. "Sometimes with short form, they're like, 'Oh, this is a viral trend, let's do this.' I have a full team. I won't give away the numbers, but it's getting into double digits now."

What's next for Bryson DeChambeau?

Bryson DeChambeau will next compete at the International Series India, scheduled from January 30 to February 2 at DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurgaon, Haryana. This will be his first event of the 2025 season and his first professional event since September.

Besides DeChambeau, the International Series India will also feature the likes of Anirban Lahiri, Joaquin Niemann, and John Catlin, all competing for a purse size of $2 million.

DeChambeau had a memorable 2024 season, where he won the US Open, beating Rory McIlroy by one stroke. Further, he finished runner-up at the PGA Championship and tied for sixth at the Masters. However, he failed to win any titles on the LIV Golf circuit.

Meanwhile, DeChambeau's YouTube channel also witnessed a surge in viewership, with his 'Break 50' series becoming a huge hit online. He filmed with the likes of Phil Mickelson, Paige Spiranac, and U.S. President Donald Trump, with the video featuring Trump becoming his highest-viewed, reaching over 11 million views
