Good Good’s Garrett Clark has made a special request to the PGA Tour ahead of the Creator Classic. The golf content creator is gearing up to compete in the upcoming PGA Tour event, scheduled for Wednesday, August 28.
Sixteen golf content creators will participate in the Creator Classic, a nine-hole tournament taking place just ahead of the PGA Tour’s final FedEx Cup Playoff, the Tour Championship.
Before the tournament, Clark took to social media to make a special request to the PGA Tour as he prepares for the tournament. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Clark wrote:
"Hey @PGATOUR just please clear the fans on the left side of my first tee shot."
Clark is known for his golf videos on social media. He is present on a number of social media platforms; his YouTube channel, Good Good, has around 1.64 million subscribers, while his Instagram page has around 969K followers.
The 2024 Creator Classic will feature several content creators in its first edition, including Paige Spiranac, Fat Perez, Sean Walsh, Luke Kwon, and Gabby Golf Girl, among others. The tournament will have a gross stroke play format for the first eight holes, with a playoff on the final hole between the top four players on the leaderboard.

As creators prepare for the event, golf influencer Paige Spiranac took to her X account to express her nervousness and excitement for the event.
Spiranac said:
"It’s the week of the Creator Classic! Although nervous to play competitive stroke play again (it’s been 8 years) I’m excited for this amazing opportunity! The goal is to have fun."
This will be the first edition of the Creator Classic, which will take place at East Lake Golf Club, the same venue that will host the Tour Championship. Following the conclusion of the BMW Championship, the top 30 players in the FedEx Cup standings will compete at the Tour Championship.
