Grayson Murray shocked the entire golfing world as he took his own life at the age of 30. He struggled with injuries and mental health issues and had always been vocal about it. Murray's parents have recently started a foundation to spread awareness about mental health and addiction challenges.

Chantel McCabe, a prominent sports broadcaster in the United States, shared this information on her X account. She tweeted about this and shared the link to their foundation's website.

"Grayson Murray’s parents announce a foundation to support anyone struggling with life’s battles. https://graysonmurrayfoundation.com Please take a moment to check out the website. They included a handwritten note from years ago from him about this very initiative."

His parents, Eric and Terry Murray started this foundation as they lost their son, Grayson, a prominent pro golfer, who sadly took his own life. Hence, they started the Grayson Murray Foundation to spread awareness and support around mental health and addiction.

The golfer envisioned starting a foundation committed to (as per the graysonmurrayfoundation.com website):

"Helping the ones that want to be helped but might not have the help they need financially."

So, in his memory, his parents have started this foundation and mission to improve the lives of individuals and fulfill their son's vision.
