The American golf series has announced the formation of a Creator Council for golf content creators, which will work closely with the circuit in developing content strategies.

The council includes some of the most popular golf influencers, including Spiranac, the brothers' Bryan Bros Golf, Tisha Alyn, No Laying Up, Fore Play/Barstool Sports, Erik Anders Lang, Roger Steele, and Bob Does Sports. Spiranac shared her excitement about being part of the council on her X (formerly Twitter) account, highlighting her journey as a social media influencer.

"In 2015 I went viral and that catapulted my social media journey," Paige Spiranac wrote. "At that time there was no such thing as golf content creators on social media. Over these past 9 years it’s been amazing to share my love for this incredible game with so many people.

I’m proud of the path I paved for myself in golf and how far this industry has grown with so many talented creators who share a common goal. To be on the Creator Council is an honor and I’m very excited to continue to do my part to grow the game!"

Paige Spiranac and Bryan Bros competed at the Creator Classic

The PGA Tour has been closely working with golf influencers this year. In August, it collaborated with golf social media influencers and organized the Creator Classic tournament. Some big names from the golf content creation industry, such as Paige Spiranac and Bryan Bros, played in the event.

It was a nine-hole event held at East Lake. Luke Kwon won the tournament, while Wesley Bryan finished in second place. George Bryan also participated and settled with a score of 1-over. Spiranac shot 2-over in the event.
