Rory McIlroy of Northern Ireland has won one US Open. His lone victory came more than a decade back in 2011. McIlroy is now gearing up for his 16th appearance at the US Open 2024. The third Major of the year is scheduled from May 13 to 16, 2024 at Pinehurst No. 2 in Pinehurst, North Carolina.

McIlroy's 2011 US Open win was his first Major and second PGA Tour victory. He carded rounds of 65, 66, 68, and 69 to finish with an aggregate score of 16-under 268. He won by a big margin of eight strokes over Jason Day. Last year, McIlroy finished as a runner-up. He lost by one stroke against Wyndham Clark.

The former World No. 1 has had a great record at the Major. McIlroy has had eight top-10 finishes in the tournament with five consecutive top-10 finishes in the last five starts.
