Bubba Watson's team finished second at the concluding season event of the LIV Golf last week. The Saudi circuit players competed at the LIV Golf Team Championship Miami last week when Bryson DeChambeau's Crushers dominated the golf course clinched the trophy and earned $14 million in prize money.

Bubba Watson's teammate Talor Gooch had been incredible with his performance throughout the season while Watson struggled with his game. Although this season did not turn out in his favor, Bubba Watson is optimistic about his game and believes to have a comeback soon.

Ahead of the start of the Team Championship last week, Watson said in a press conference:

"I'm the weak link right now on our team. I've had some good rounds. I've had a couple finishes but Sundays have been a struggle, and so that's where I have to - make the team better."

Adding to his statement, Watson opened up about his team and said:

"Man, there's a lot of stuff next year. QFor me personally, it's learning. It's learning how to be an owner/captain and get people to do things but also practice golf at the same time. Qqq
"And then being behind the scenes, learning about LIV and seeing where it's going, it's pretty special and seeing the interest of players outside of LIV wanting to come here. It's pretty cool being part of a franchise and being able to be a part of the opening of this and being a piece of it, " he concluded.

It is important to note that although Bubba Watson struggled throughout the season, in the finale of the LIV Golf Team Championship, he played a round of five under 67, which was the best of his team. His other teammates, Thomas Pieters and Talor Gooch played a round of 70 while Harold Varner III scored 72.
