Veteran PGA caddie Kip Henley said he won't reveal if CPG (Club Pro Guy) is truly retired. He stated that CPG's secret was safe with him and that he would never betray his friend.

Henley is a veteran PGA Tour bagman, and last year he carried Grayson Murray's bag on the Korn Ferry Tour, helping the golfer win two titles that earned him a PGA Tour card.

On Thursday, September 5, CPG shared a video announcing that he was done with the job of head golf professional. When Henley reposted the video, a fan asked him if CPG was actually retired or if it was just another gimmick.

"I would never out him," Henley replied. "CPG will always be the ultimate in golf content creator. He’s a sharp solid husband, father and a pillar in his community. Hes actually too smart to play this dumb for this long. I wish yall could know him like I know him!

Another fan asked Henley if he knew how the Club Pro Guy was in person.

"I really tried to not know him because his content was so amazing to me," he replied. "I didn’t want to pull back the curtains and ruin it. Turns out fate put us in each others circle and I’m so glad it did. He’s a dear buddy now and is a damn solid boy!!"

"He’s SOLID!" PGA Tour caddie Kip Henley praises Billy Horschel

Recently, PGA Tour caddie Kip Henley shared an anecdote praising Billy Horschel. He revealed that Horschel once invited him and other caddies to his home course.

"Can’t imagine dealing with this with anymore grace! I have always been a fan of this dude! Long ago he invited a bunch of caddies to play his home track. He brought us all out drinks from his home and watched us play a bunch oh holes. He’s SOLID!" he wrote.

Henley started his career as a golfer before transitioning to caddying. He won several accolades and was regarded as one of the best professionals in Tennessee.

Kip Henley has now been caddying for nearly two decades, spending most of those years with Brian Gay, with whom he won four titles. Henley has also worked with players like Eric Axley, Jason Bohn, Boo Weekley, J.B. Holmes, Stewart Cink, Vijay Singh, and Austin Cook.
