Ian Poulter and his family were spotted at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) enjoying the F1 weekend. He was also accompanied by fellow LIV golfer Sergio Garcia at the United States Grand Prix.

Poulter and Garcia are enjoying a break after concluding the LIV Golf season last month. The US Grand Prix took place on Sunday, October 20, with Charles Leclerc of Ferrari winning the race.

On Sunday, Poulter shared several photographs from the United States Grand Prix at COTA, including one with former Masters champion Sergio Garcia and his wife Angel Garcia.

"Amazing who you bump into at @f1 races. Good to see you @angelagarcia @thesergiogarcia @mojotiaksgc @fireballsg," he wrote on Instagram.

The English veteran and the $70 million LIV Golf star were there to support McLaren, who failed to secure a podium finish as Lando Norris lost third place to Max Verstappen after receiving a penalty.

"Great weekend. Shame the podium got taken away from @landonorris. Thanks @zbrownceo @f1 @mclaren for the hospitality," Poulter wrote.

Last week, Ian Poulter shed light on his mental health struggles during his career.

"As good as things look on the outside, they are not quite so good on the inside," he said, as per @MajesticksGC on X. "And as tough and bulletproof as people think you are—and I'm going to put myself in that bracket, as I put out a pretty confident persona and seem quite tough.
"I used to bottle it up too much. Then it got to a point where I thought, 'I can't deal with this anymore,' and I'd have this massive explosion," he added.

Poulter joined LIV Golf in 2022 and has served as co-captain of the Majesticks GC alongside Henrik Stenson and Lee Westwood. He has been part of the European squad in seven Ryder Cups but resigned from his DP World Tour membership last year.
