Charley Hull has been one of the most popular golfers in the circuit this season, especially with her viral moments. The British golfer recently dropped some stunning pictures from her collaboration with Malbon Golf.
Hull posed in a bright red sweater from the iconic golf fashion brand. She paired it with a dark khaki skirt, a white glove, and a couple of rose gold bracelets. Her long, blonde hair was tied in a tight braid. The pictures were posted by photographer Elliot Jones. She later reposted it on her stories on Instagram.
It appeared that the photo shoot was done at the Foxhills Country Club and Resort in Chertsey, UK. The pictures captured Hull in different phases of her practice, right from picking a golf club to hitting the ball.
"Women now have the chance to consider fashion when they get dressed for golf," - Charley Hull
English golfer Charley Hull signed the deal with Malbon Golf in January this year. She joined Jason Day, Jesper Parnevik, Erika Smith, and Gigi Stoll in representing the prestigious company.
Hull appreciated the female fashion movement in golf through apparel brands like Malbon Golf. She said (via LPGA Tour):
"It’s great that thanks to brands such as Malbon, women now have the chance to consider fashion when they get dressed for golf. I don’t think that was the case a few years ago. I think it’s also now possible to look good and be comfortable, especially on the golf course, and it’s even better that you can stay in what you’re wearing when you go out to meet friends post-golf!"
The 28-year-old is known for her fashion sense as much as her spectacular skills on the golf course. She is often seen flaunting bright colors, pleated skirts, and puffed scrunchies on the course.
"I like to look sporty but stylish, and I like clothes that accentuate my figure. Obviously a little less sporty off the course, but I love fashion and like to look equally stylish and hopefully a little bit chic,"
Golf is generally looked upon as a sport that is strict on dress codes. However, over the years, the rigid rules have started getting a little flexible. Hull spoke about the same, saying:
"With dress codes in golf generally getting more relaxed, hopefully, we can keep introducing more fashion. I know that Malbon will be on it!"
Hull draws her fashion inspiration from former tennis sensation Anna Kournikova and 'Barbie' star Margot Robbie. South Korean golfer Jeongeun Lee6 also joined Malbon Golf at the same time as Charley Hull.
