Is the 2023 Masters going to be the last appearance of Tiger Woods?

Tiger Woods will be playing at The 2023 Masters. It will be his second tournament of the year. He earlier played at the 2023 Genesis Invitational Open and finished in the 45th position.

Tiger Woods announced in December that his focus was only on major tournaments in 2023. His injuries have forced him to stay away from the golf course.

The legendary American golfer has won five Masters in his career and needs only one green jacket to match the record of winning the highest number of Masters set by Jack Nicklaus. Woods will undoubtedly compete in the Masters next year.

Tiger Woods turned 47 last December and still has three years to join the senior tour. His passion for the game is truly remarkable and Woods is not looking to retire any time soon.

However, his health has mostly affected his gameplay, and after the horrific car accident in 2021, Woods has limited his gameplay, resulting in fans doubting his longevity.

It is pertinent to note that Tiger Woods was struggling with major injuries and was finding it hard to stand on the golf course last year. Even then, he played at the 2022 Masters and finished in 47th place.

According to BetMGM, Tiger Woods has a better chance of +500 finishing in the top 10 at the 2023 Masters. He is definitely looking to win the tournament.

Woods is known for surprising his fans with his amazing performances and can have a watch-worthy show at the upcoming major tournament.

However, it won't be easy for Tiger Woods to win the Masters. The Augusta field will be graced by star golfers. Most of them are playing the best golf of their careers and it would be a tough ride to the finale of the Masters.
