After 11 years, Keegan Bradley is back on the American team for the Presidents Cup. It didn't take long for Bradley to make his debut at the event as he was named to play in the first day's fourball matches.

Bradley was full of praise for the current members of the team, many of whom were not even professionals when he last played in the event. In a press conference ahead of the event, Bradley was asked by a reporter:

"Who is one swing on your team that you're jealous of?"

Bradley said (via ASAP Sports):

"Xander. I played with Xander, and geez, I don't know if I've ever seen someone hit a golf ball like the way he hits it. I was standing next to him on a par-3, and he hit a 5-iron, and it vibrated at my feet it was so powerful. It was incredible."

Bradley also spoke about other aspects of his team members:

"Last night I was at the gala, and I was standing there with Xander, Scottie, Sam Burns, and Wyndham Clark. I'm looking at these guys interact like I would watch my friends all interact."

He added:

"I'm thinking, these guys are going to play 20 tournaments next year. 70 percent of the tournaments are probably going to come down to this group standing right here, and they're totally just friends."

Keegan Bradley made his Presidents Cup debut in the 2013 edition. Xander Schauffele began his professional career in 2015 and Scottie Scheffler in 2018, one year after Sam Burns and Wyndham Clark.

Most of the current Presidents Cup members are expected to return as members of the American team for the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black in New York. Bradley will lead them as team captain.

Bradley's first Presidents Cup experience included five matches in which he earned 2.5 points to help the Americans win. He won two matches, drew one and lost two, including the singles match against Charl Schwartzel.

On the first day of the 2024 Presidents Cup, Bradley teamed up with Wyndham Clark to face Christiaan Bezuidenhout and Taylor Pendrith. At the end of the front nine, the Americans led 1-up.

Bradley also had two Ryder Cup appearances with the American team. In the world's premier team event, he played seven matches, registering four wins and three losses (four points).

His best performance came on his debut (2012 at Medinah Country Club) when he had three wins and one loss. Bradley finished tied for the team's top scorer with Jason Dufner, Dustin Johnson, Zach Johnson, and Phil Mickelson.
