Jon Rahm secured a significant amount of money from LIV Golf this year. He eventually overcame these obstacles, winning the individual championship.

The Spaniard was the best golfer on the circuit in 2024, and his compensation reflected that. Due to his exceptional performance, he earned over $16 million. His individual championship victory earned him an additional $18 million in bonus money, resulting in a league-high total of $34,754,488.
Here's a breakdown of the total earnings for the league, from Jon Rahm to Wade Ormsby:
It's no secret that LIV Golf has a lot of money to give out to golfers. Scottie Scheffler, for comparison, had one of the best years in golf history over a lot more tournaments, and he earned $29.2 million. Rahm, who won far less and played far less, won a good portion of that.

"I wouldn't say it exceeded my expectations … but it definitely met what I expected."
"Just being able to culminate all the good golf all season, and especially doing it by winning individually I think is what makes it so much more special. Knowing that I had to win and getting it done is something to really be proud of and something to reflect on," he added.
He managed to hold onto the lead by narrowly defeating Joaquin Niemann and Sergio Garcia in the final individual event. With a three-stroke victory, he solidified his position as one of LIV's top performers.
