Justin Rose's ladies' pro golf event is scheduled from Friday, September 6 to 8. The third edition of the Rose Ladies Open will be held at The Melbourne Club at Brocket Hall.

The prize money for the event has been raised to €85,000, an increase of €15,000 from last year. Switzerland's Chiara Tamburlini won the 2023 Rose Ladies Open by two strokes over Elena Moosmann and took home €70,000. Swedish Golfer My Leander won €65,000 in the inaugural LET Access event.

Talking about the increased prize purse, Justin Rose said (via LET Access):

"The key point is this is the highest purse on the LETAS schedule. It’s always been important for Kate and I to promote women’s golf and increase the narrative on what is happening in the women’s game. We are so appreciative of our partners for helping us make this happen."

Justin Rose and his wife Kate founded the Rose Ladies Series in 2020 and the Rose Ladies Open in 2022 to empower female golfers. The series has one-day tournaments and has held 34 tournaments over five years.

LETAS Tour Director Ana Larrenta praised the exceptional support from Rose and Kate to elevate the event. Larrenta said:

"The increased prize fund and the enhancements to the staging and the spectator experience this year reflect our shared commitment to helping grow the women’s game."

Justin Rose is pleased with the field for the Rose Ladies Open

108 players are listed in the field for the Rose Ladies Open. Former winners of the Rose Ladies series Gabriella Cowley, Liz Young, and Gemma Clews will also tee off at the Melbourne Club at Brocket Hall from September 6 to 8.

Justin Rose is pleased with a strong field this year. Talking about it, Rose said (via Sky Sports):

"I think the success of the Rose Ladies Series and the Rose Ladies Open is down to the fact that it has been supported by the girls. Your events are as only as good as the players that show up."
"I've been part of many events where sponsors have put on great tournaments that just fade away, because players don't end up supporting them. Kate and I have obviously created that opportunity but it's only a success because of the girls, so I give them ultimate credit on that," he added.
