Keegan Bradley played incredible golf over four days to win the 2024 BMW Championship. Following his win, he revealed that his family's superstition played a part in his impressive performance at Castle Pines.
On Sunday, August 25, Bradley shot an even-par 72 to secure the 2024 BMW Championship, finishing at 12-under after four rounds and beating Adam Scott, Sam Burns, and Ludvig Åberg by one shot.
After the victory, Keegan Bradley shared a photograph of his 2018 BMW Championship trophy, which had his seven-year-old son's favorite stuffed animal placed inside it. He revealed that his family had put a good-luck charm on the trophy.
"This win is special for so many reasons & I love that my family did this as a good luck charm on the 2018 BMW trophy," he wrote. "That's 'pudda' - my 7 year old’s favorite stuffed animal. Family means everything & I can’t thank all the fans enough for the support this week. See you in ATL!"
Bradley and 29 other players will now head to Atlanta for the Tour Championship, which will take place from Thursday, August 29 to Sunday, September 1.

Keegan Bradley bagged 2000 FedEx Cup points for winning the BMW Championship. Following the second event of the playoff, he jumped a whopping 46 spots to fourth in the standings.
Ahead of the Tour Championship, Bradley has 3096 FedEx Cup points, while the leader, Scottie Scheffler, has 6615 points. Xander Schauffele and Hideki Matsuyama are placed second and third, respectively. Aberg, who finished runner-up at Castle Pines, is placed fifth.
