"Keep them coming": Moroccan sensation excited about Dubai Desert Classic performance's impact on his social media

22-year-old Adam Bresnu has impressed golf fans with his performance at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic this week. In the process, the Moroccan golfer has gained 200 more followers on social media.

Bresnu Golf Digest Middle East about the boost in his follower count and hoped for further increment in it.

"It’s been a crazy week so far. I haven’t checked my phone yet, but I’ve gained about 200 followers in just two days. So please, keep them coming," the Moroccan said.

Bresnu is also the first Arab-born golfer to make the cut in a DP World Tour Rolex Series event. He is currently placed T39 with a score of 2-under after the culmination of Round 3.

"The crowds and cameras were amazing, and I hope I was on TV! I hit some great stingers and big drives, and my chip-in for one of the birdies on the ninth hole was a highlight. I’m looking forward to seeing that back," Bresnu said.

"For the final round, I’ll do the same as I did on Thursday, Friday, and today. I hope I can make more putts, but we will see. My primary goal is to enjoy this experience, have fun, and keep learning," he added.

Despite being up against steep competition, Bresnu has managed to hold his own this week. It will be interesting to see what he pulls off on Sunday in Dubai.
