LIV Golf star Brooks Koepka splits with longtime swing coach ahead of 2025 season

LIV Golf's Brooks Koepka parted ways with his long-term swing coach Claude Harmon III ahead of the fourth season of the Saudi Circuit. The American had enjoyed tremendous success working with Harmon III, including five wins in the Saudi league. However, moving forward, they will not be working together.

Brooks Koepka confirmed his split with his coach via text message to Golfweek on Friday, January 17. He revealed plans to continue working with Pete Cowen and Jeff Pierce.

"Pete Cowen and Jeff Pierce will be handling everything golf-related," Koepka said to Golfweek.

Brooks Koepka and Claude Harmon III started working together in 2013. However, they parted ways in November 2020 but reunited in June 2022 when the five-time Major winner joined LIV Golf.

Per Golfweek, Claude Harmon III also confirmed the split, saying:

"Yes, not working with him. Proud of the things we did together when I came back at the end of 2022."

Meanwhile, LIV Golf is gearing up for the start of its new season in February.

A look into Brooks Koepka's performance on LIV Golf while working with his swing coach

Koepka made a shocking departure from the PGA Tour to join LIV Golf in 2022 and intriguingly gained immense success in the Saudi league. In the first season of the league, the American started the campaign with a T16 finish at the LIV Golf Invitational event in Portland, followed by a T11 finish at the Bedminster event. He won his maiden LIV Golf event at the Jeddah event in 2022.

Following his success in 2022, Koepka was also impressive in the 2023 season of the Saudi league. He won two tournaments in the second season — the Orlando event and then successfully defended his title at the Jeddah event. In the last season, he won two more tournaments, including the Singapore and Greenbrier events. Aside from his two victories, Koepka recorded some incredible finishes, including T5 at Mayakoba, T9 at Houston, and T6 at the Chicago event.
