LIV Golf star Bryson DeChambeau has announced a that he will soon be releasing a YouTube video in collaboration with former US President Donald Trump. The duo will compete on DeChambeau's YouTube channel's 'Break 50' series, where players try to finish nine holes of a golf course in less than 50 strokes.

Bryson DeChambeau teased the upcoming YouTube video with a short reel on Instagram, captioning it:

"Its time for @realdonaltrump to show YouTube what he's got."

Bryson DeChambeau added that the collaboration was for a good cause, and for every stroke under par, $10,000 would be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project. Speaking in detail about his upcoming YouTube video, DeChambeau posted on X:

"Break 50 with @realDonaldTrump dropping tomorrow on my YouTube channel! On this special episode, we will be donating $10,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project for every stroke we score under par. Stay tuned."

DeChambeau also clarified that the collaboration was not about politics, but it was for a good deed instead. He said that he was looking forward to playing with Trump.

"To be clear, this is about golf and giving back to our nation's veterans, not politics. A few weeks ago I reached out to both parties’ presidential campaigns and @realDonaldTrump was down for the challenge. It is an incredible honor to be able to enjoy a round of golf with any sitting or former president, and all have an open invitation to join me for a round of Break 50 anytime."

Donald Trump has often been associated with LIV Golf, with the series hosting a tournament at the Trump National Doral every year. Trump also played at the LIV Golf Bedminster event.


Bryson DeChambeau speaks about the impact of YouTube on his career and his fans

Bryson DeChambeau recently spoke out about how YouTube has influenced his career as well as his fans. He said that YouTube is a way for him to be able to express himself. Speking via GolfMonthly, DeChambeau said:

"I've worked really hard to have people help hopefully understand who I am a little bit better. YouTube has been a great platform to help that out."

DeChambeau said that his Break 50 series is the most enjoyable, as it keeps him fresh and the fans entertained. It has made him realize that golf is not just about winning, but also an entertainment in and of itself.

"Obviously we all want to win trophies. But being able to entertain the fans is what we're all here to do, and I think that's what's the most important thing."

Bryson DeChambeau has 847,000 subscribers on YouTube and 1.5 million Instagram followers.
