LPGA’s 2023 DIO Implant LA Open: Full field and odds explored

After a successful Drive On Championship outing, the LPGA Tour is now headed to California for the 2023 DIO Implant LA Open. The event is set to tee off on Thursday, March 30, at the Palos Verdes Golf Club in Palos Verdes Estates.

Much like last week’s event, the LA Open has a stacked field. Several of the LPGA’s top names are set to play in the event, just weeks ahead of the Chevron Championship, the first major of the season. Players including the likes of Lydia Ko, Jin Young Ko, and Nelly Korda, among others, will be at the venue that hosted the Palos Verdes Championship last year.

Charley Hull, Ashleigh Buhai, Lilia Vu, Hyo Joo Kim, Georgia Hall, Danielle Kang, and Nasa Hataoka are some of the other top names to watch this week.

2023 DIO Implant LA Open field and betting odds

Despite having a fully stacked field, the top betting sites predict the top-ranked player to take the prize. According to GNN, Lydia Ko is the LPGA Tour betting favorite for this week. The ace golfer comes into the event with 13-to-2 (+650) betting odds. She is closely followed by Nelly Korda and Jin Young Ko on the table at 9-to-1 in odds.

Atthaya Thitikul and Lilia Vu are the only other names close to the top 3. They have odds of 12-to-1, above Hyo Joo Kim with 14-to-1. Georgia Hall and Danielle Kang are the best of the rest on the LA Open field.
