Masters 2023 Day 2 start time and golfers participating

The second round of The Masters will start at 8 am ET on Friday, April 7, with Jose Maria Olazabal taking the first shot of the day alongside Cameron Champ. Opening round leader Brooks Koepka will tee off for the second round at 8:48 am ET alongside Danny Willett and Gary Woodland.

Jon Rahm will start the game at 1:48 am ET. He will be joined by Justin Thomas and Cameron Young while Viktor Hovland will start the second round along with Tiger Woods and Xander Schauffele at 1:24 pm ET.

The 2022 Masters winner Scottie Scheffler is scheduled to start his game at 10:30 am ET with Max Homa and Sam Bennett.

Eighty-six golfers will participate in the second round of The Masters as Will Zalatoris and Kevin Na withdrew from the tournament ahead of the first round.

Masters 2023: Day 1 leaderboard

With a scoring deficit of 7, Viktor Hovland, Jon Rahm, and Brooks Koepka topped the leaderboard after the inaugural round of the Masters. Cameron Young secured the fourth position with a score of under 5 alongside Jason Day.

Last year's champion Scottie Scheffler secured the sixth position in a seven-way tie alongside Gary Woodland, Adam Scott, Xander Schauffele, Shane Lowry, Sam Bennett, and Sam Burns.
