Max Homa trolled himself over a poster on a moving bus. The American golfer competed at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in South Africa last week. He won the tournament in 2023 and returned to defend his title last week.
Recently, Max Homa shared a story on his Instagram account of a moving bus featuring his poster for the Nedbank Golf Challenge. The poster shows his picture holding a trophy with "Africa's Major" written on the side along with the Nedbank Golf Challenge logo. Sharing the video of the bus, Max Homa trolled himself by writing that his nose looks even bigger on a bus.
"Nose is even bigger on a bus," Homa wrote in the caption.

Max Homa was impressive at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in 2023. He shot the rounds of 66, 68, 69, and 66 to register an easy four-shot win over Nicolai Højgaard in the event. However, this year, he had a good start but struggled in the game. Johannes Veerman won the 2024 Nedbank Golf Challenge.
How did Max Homa play at the 2024 Nedbank Golf Challenge?
Homa put forward a decent performance at the 2024 Nedbank Golf Challenge. The tournament started with its first round on December 5 at the Gary Player Country Club.
Max Homa had a fantastic start to his game at the DP World Tour event with three consecutive birdies on the first three holes of the opening round before adding two more birdies. He shot three birdies and two bogeys on the back nine for a round of 6-under 66.
In the second round, Max Homa recorded three birdies, two bogeys, and two double bogeys for a round of 3-over 75.
Homa was impressive in the third round and carded three birdies and three bogeys for a round of even-par 72, followed by a round of 3-over with two birdies and five bogeys. He settled for a tie for 14th place after his struggles in the fourth and final round.
Johannes Veerman was impressive in the final round, carding 69 to jump six spots on the leaderboard and win the event. Aldrich Potgieter tied for second place with Matthew Jordan and Romain Langasque.
Meanwhile, this season on the PGA Tour, Homa has been impressive with his game. He started his campaign on the PGA Tour at The Sentry and tied for 14th place after playing four rounds of 67, 69, 68, and 66. He then recorded T13 at the Farmers Insurance Open. Some of his notable finishes this season were T8 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, T3 at the Masters, T8 at the Wells Fargo Championship, and T22 at the Memorial Tournament.
