LIV Golf star Brooks Koepka's wife Jena Sims is quite active on social media, especially Instagram, where she has around 305k followers. Being a model and an actress, the profession demands her to be engaged with her fans.
After completing the LIV Golf UK event, Koepka and his wife are enjoying a vacation in Croatia with former MLB star Travis Blackley and his wife. The two couples are on the Dalmatian Coast, located in the eastern region of Croatia.
Jena Sims posted an update about their vacation on her Instagram story and shared a video where the MLB star allegedly stole her 'thunder'.
Travis Blackley did a black flip into the ocean from the yacht, a video of which Jena posted on her Instagram story, writing:
"@thejerseycollectordtd (Travis Blackley) stealing my thunder."
Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims enjoy time off after missing out on the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Brooks Koepka missed out on the 2024 Paris Olympics because of his low ranking in the OWGR. He is ranked 55th in the World Golf Rankings, making his qualification impossible for this Summer Olympics.
The Olympic field is restricted to just 60 golfers, with Team USA having the most golfers in the field (4) courtesy of their ranking in the top 15 in the OWGR. Notably, the rules allow four golfers per country if this condition is met. The remaining countries have two golfers in the field. Team USA consists of Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa, and Wyndham Clark.
Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims decided to take a vacation after two continuous weeks on the road as he competed in the 2024 Open Championship and the LIV Golf UK event. They celebrated their son's first birthday a few days back on Saturday and are now in Croatia enjoying time off along with MLB star Travis Blakley and his wife, Jenna Blackley.
Brooks and Jena have been in Europe for over three weeks. They first went to Royal Troon Golf Club in Scotland in the third week of July for the Open Championship and then traveled to the JCB Golf and Country Club for the LIV Golf UK.
The five-time major championship winner will now compete in the LIV Golf Greenbrier, the second last event on the LIV Golf this season. LIV Golf will head back to the United States on August 16th after a couple of events in Spain and the United Kingdom in July.
