Nike launches special edition 2024 PGA Championship shoe range starting from $140

Nike recently unveiled the 2024 PGA Championship special edition shoe collection. One of the notable events in the golf calendar, the 2024 PGA Championship is being held at Valhalla Golf Club from May 16 to 19.

The special shoe edition launched by Nike includes a set of 3 shoes ranging from $140 to $210. For UK readers, the price would range from £119.99 to £229.99.

Nike Air Zoom Infinity Tour NEXT% 2 NRG Golf Shoes:

• Price: $190 / £179.99
• Materials: Breathable textile upper for cooling comfort
• Traction: Piston spikes and data-informed traction pattern for exceptional grip.
• Closure System: Features a gusset on the tongue for easier wearability.

Nike Air Zoom Victory Tour 3 NRG Golf Shoes:

• Price: $210 / £229.99
• Materials: Full-grain leather upper for a classic look.
• Traction: Tour Flex Pro spikes in key forefoot locations and Silver Tornado spikes for exceptional traction.
• Closure System: Internal strap stretches over and secures the foot.

Nike Air Pegasus 89 G NRG Golf Shoes: $140 / £119.99

• Materials: Full-grain leather upper for a supple feel and sophisticated look.
• Traction: Utilizes a wet-rubber integrated traction pattern for grip in any condition.
• Closure System: Features a heel clip for containment.
• Price: £119.99.

The three shoes listed above are available on the Nike website in Light Iron Ore, Sail, Khaki and Baroque Brown colors.

About the 2024 PGA Championship collection, the Nike website mentioned:

"There's just something about the crack of an old-school wood club or the smell of a fresh pour after 18 holes. This special-edition Victory Tour 3 has barrel-aged bourbon browns and smoked streaks of razor-sharp oranges that nod to Kentucky. A wood-grain graphic on the Swoosh logo and a tree trunk-inspired outsole highlight a design rooted in tradition and timber."

This is Nike's second NRG range of golf shoes after the release of the white Masters collection in April. As per Nike's website, all three shoes aim to provide energy return, be it through hidden Air Zoom units, direct stitching of Air Zoom units to the upper, or increased energy transfer through the swing.
