Paige Spiranac's popularity in the sport of golf is unmatched. Once an active professional golfer, Spiranac is currently a social media influencer who makes content related to golf. On Instagram, the American boasts four million followers while she has a million followers on X (formerly Twitter).

Recently, she interacted with her followers on Instagram. The 31-year-old held a Q&A session on Instagram during which one user asked her how her mental health was going. Spiranac gave a "brutally honest" answer to the user.

Paige Spiranac said:

"Going to be brutally brutally honest... I have never felt more confident and secure and at peace with my life, both professionally and personally. The majority of my career, I was in limbo and not, honestly, in a very good place,” she said. “I was painfully, painfully insecure. I had no self-identity, and so my escape was creating content and then receiving validation, and it just made me feel good. But it was coming from a place that wasn't very healthy.”

She further added:

"Now that I am feeling more fulfilled and more secure in my own self, I have different motivations when it comes to creating content,” Spiranac said. “So I've had to navigate that, because I obviously want to create content that you love and that you like, but I also want to grow, and I still want to change and be creative. And so, I've just been trying to find what type of content do I actually want to create.”

Paige Spiranac had earlier spoken about 2024 being her best year

As mentioned above, Paige Spiranac returned to competitive golf at the Creators Classic in 2024 and did well in her content creation journey. In a Q&A held on Instagram in October last year, Spiranac revealed that 2024 was her best year.

She gave this answer after a user asked her if 2024 was a year where she was able to meet her expectations. Spiranac went on to mention that 2024 was a year that brought her happiness personally and professionally.

Paige Spiranac said:

"I think that 2024 has been my most favorite year yet, and it's the happiest I have ever been by far, personally and also professionally. I have made a ton of really big changes professionally and I had to step back and restructure. Really look at what I want this to be for me. It was the first time in my career where I really got to ask the question, 'What do you wanna do, and why do you wanna do it?'

Further in the story, Paige Spiranac revealed she had fun building and trying new things with her amazing and supportive team. She concluded by saying 2024 was a great year in which she was really happy and also added her expectations had shifted from the past year and she had been able to meet them.
