Paige Spiranac, a popular golf influencer, recently posted pictures and videos of her golf outing at the Caves Valley Golf Club in Owings Mills, Maryland via her social media. She also reviewed her own 'body language' after the round, wherein she carded a score of 74.

Spiranac is a former professional golf player, who played on the Cactus Tour in 2016 and also competed in the PGA Tour's Creator Classic held in August this year. In an Instagram story posted on October 19, she shared pictures of the golf course and a video of her taking a clean powerful tee shot.

In the video, Paige Spiranac was dressed in a maroon top, black pants, and white golf shoes, and took a golf shot from a tee box with a red number 3 sign. She captioned the story:

"The body language was in full force but it did its job and this shot ended up 5ft from the pin...missed the putt lol."

Paige Spiranac explains how beginners can decide between men's or women's clubs

Paige Spiranac, one of the most popular golf influencers with over 10 million followers across platforms with 4 million alone on Instagram, recently shared tips on whether beginners should opt for men's or women's clubs. In a YouTube video shared on October 10 on her official channel, the 31-year-old addressed the frequent golf inquiries made by beginners, especially focusing on whether they should go for a men's club or a women's club:

"It all has to do with your body and how fast you swing the golf club. So technically, I would be playing clubs for men because I have a faster swing speed and I'm a bit on the taller side. So my clubs are a bit longer, heavier, and on the stiff side," Spiranac said.
"So they wouldn't be considered women's clubs, but I want you to take that out of your head. It's not about finding a club that's for a man or a woman. It's finding clubs that fit you," she added.

In the video, Spiranac also talked about custom clubs, saying that beginners don't have to opt for custom-fit clubs. She added that they can add custom clubs in their bag as they get consistent with their game and even use second-hand equipment to save money.

Spiranac said beginners should focus on club features instead of choosing golf equipment on gender labels.

"But really think, how tall am I? How fast am I swinging? And that's actually going to put you on where you need to find your clubs, from a regular flex to a stiff flex, the length that you have, the heaviness. All of that is determined on your golf swing and how your body is. So don't get in your head about it. Leave your ego at the door," she added.

Paige Spiranac posted the video under a series called "The Beginner's Guide to Starting Golf" on her channel. Her YouTube channel has over 434k subscribers and she has also hosted friendly challenges against Wyndham Clark and Bryson DeChambeau, shot scope coaching series, training and fitness videos, personal vlogs, and more.
