American social media influencer Paige Spiranac posted pictures and videos of her recent golf outing on her Instagram account. She has four million followers and is known for her golf content.
Taking to her Instagram story, Spiranac shared a video practicing her golf swing in black pants and a white checked T-shirt. She posted her shots, the picturesque location of the golf course, and her score. She scored 69 in 14 greens.
Spiranac played golf at a professional level before switching her career path to content creation. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a gymnast, but at 12, she broke her kneecap twice and switched to golf. She had success in junior events and became a top-20 world junior player. She also played golf while studying at the University of Arizona at an amateur level.
The Colorado-born star turned pro in 2015 and competed on the Cactus Tour. In 2016, she won an event on the circuit by defeating Hannah O'Sullivan, her only professional win.
Paige Spiranac showcased her golfing skills at the PGA Tour's Creator Classic
In August 2024, Paige Spiranac competed at the PGA Tour's Creator Classic. The tournament was held at East Lake Golf Club just before the Tour Championship. Many content creators participated, including Spiranac, Luke Kwon, Fat Perez, Sean Walsh, and Garrett Clark.
It was a nine-hole event involving an individual game on the first eight holes and then a playoff among the top four on the leaderboard after eight holes. Luke Kwon won the tournament, while Spiranac shot 2-over after playing eight holes. She put forward a decent performance, and speaking of her outing, she said (via Golf Digest):
"There’s really no place for our followers to watch us in person, so to have this opportunity for us to be together in a competitive setting where they can see all of us at the same time is unlike anything we ever expected. I think it’s special for us and special for them. It’s just been a crazy, amazing experience.”
While Spiranac used to play on the Cactus Tour, she tried to earn an LPGA Tour card but failed. She later completely switched her career to modeling and content creation. She has around 433K subscribers on her YouTube channel and boasts around 1 million followers on her X (formerly Twitter) account. She also has an account on a paid subscription-based platform named Passes where she shares golf content.
