Former PGA Tour winner Michael S. Kim was shocked by the unprecedented cutline at the 2024 ISCO Championship. The PGA Tour event, co-sponsored by the DP World Tour, recorded the lowest cutline in the history of the game (in relation to par).

Following the two rounds of the event, only players finishing above the cutline of -8 qualified to play in the third round. Although Michael S. Kim missed the cut, he was astounded by the score.

"8 under cut at the Isco champ is craaazzyyy," he tweeted on his X account.

The tournament has historically featured low winning scores. However, the 2024 edition of the ISCO Championship has been full of surprises. After two rounds, Pierceson Coody is leading with a score of -16, which is comparatively lower than in other event editions. Last year, Vincent Norrman won the event after defeating Nathan Kimsey in a playoff. After four rounds, they were tied at -22. The lowest winning score of the event is -26, recorded by Jim Herman in 2019.

Meanwhile, another PGA Tour and DP World Tour co-sponsored event, the Genesis Scottish Open, is taking place in Scotland. After two rounds, the cutline was -3, and Ludvig Aberg was leading the event with a score of -12.
