Phil Mickelson sends special message to golf YouTuber for reaching new milestone

Phil Mickelson congratulated Grant Horvat on reaching one million subscribers on YouTube. Recently, Horvat hit a milestone on his YouTube channel and posted a short clip of the subscribers reaching one million on X on Sunday. Sharing the video, Horvat wrote:

"Thank you. 1 Million"

Phil Mickelson jumped to the comment section to congratulate the golf influencer. He wrote:

"Congrats. That’s awesome!!"

Notably, Phil Mickelson has actively collaborated with golf influencers for videos in 2024. He was featured on Grant Horvat's channel twice in 2024. The two had played some golf together and also announced a 2v2 golf series, which is set to start in January 2025.

Phil Mickelson and Grant Horvat first played golf for the latter's YouTube channel in July. The video was released on July 15, 2024, and has accumulated around 2.4 million views on the platform.

They had a rematch in November 2024. The video was released on Nov. 25, 2024, and generated around 1.5 million views.

Grant Horvat actively shares golf-related content on his YouTube channel. For his recent video, he collaborated with 15-time Major winner Tiger Woods. The video has around 1.6 million views on his channel.


Phil Mickelson collaborated with Bryan Bros for a YouTube video

Mickelson collaborated with several YouTubers in 2024, and one of them was Wesley Bryan. On Dec/ 31, 2024, a video of Phil Mickelson vs. Wesley Bryan was dropped on the Bryan Bros channel. The duo had a one-on-one stroke play match, and the video has generated around 795K views so far.

In 2024, Phil Mickelson was featured on Bryson DeChambeau's popular "Break 50" YouTube golf series, which has around 3 million views on DeChambeau's channel.

After joining LIV Golf, even Bryson DeChambeau became more active on social media. He has around 1.69 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. During his collaboration with Mickelson, DeChambeau also opened up about his YouTube journey, saying (via SB Nation):

"People had a thought process of who I was. I didn’t like how that was going, so I decided to take it upon myself to show people more of who I am. Quite honestly, it was an eye-opening experience the first time."
"I ever did a YouTube video... it got a million views. It just opened my eyes to how people could perceive who you truly are when you present them with what you are actually doing—not just small snippets of any interaction or a poor interaction that I had or a mess-up that I had or whatever.”

Meanwhile, the LIV Golf is heading for the start of its fourth season, which will start in the first week of February.
