President-elect Donald Trump won the Senior Championship at Trump International Golf Club Palm Beach on Saturday, January 12. Trump shot a 68 to win the event.

The report was shared by Instagram user Leomary Llorenet (@leomary_), who posted an image of the leaderboard to her Instagram Stories and also shared the location she was at, which was Trump International Golf Club Palm Beach.

The image was later shared by NUCLR Golf, which highlighted the impressive score achieved by Donald Trump.

The president-elect is currently (January 2025) 78 years old. To score better than your age is one of the most difficult challenges for senior players, especially amateurs.

Trump International Golf Club Palm Beach was the first golf property acquired by Trump in his career as a golf course owner. The championship course measures 7,326 yards, is par 72 and has hosted several relevant tournaments, including the LPGA Tour Championship and the Ladies European Tour's Aramco Team Series.

In September 2024, several shots were fired at Trump International Golf Club Palm Beach while the then-presidential candidate was on the premises. Authorities are investigating the incident as an assassination attempt. No injuries were reported to Donald Trump or anyone else.
