Horvat has collaborated with McIlroy in his recent video that is scheduled to come out on Tuesday (Jan. 14). The 26-year-old golf influencer often collaborates with PGA Stars and veteran golfers in a friendly contest. Currently, Horvat has around 1,000,000 subscribers on his official YouTube channel where he posts golf content. Till now, he has collaborated with stars like Collin Morikawa, Bryson DeChambeau, and Phil Mickelson. Apart from being an influencer, he owns Primo Golf apparels and Takomo Golf.

Before announcing the collaboration with Rory McIlroy, Horvat collaborated with McIlroy's TGL co-founder, Tiger Woods. Shortly after the day, the influencer posted a series of photos about the day on his Instagram profile.

The 82-time PGA Tour winner is widely considered as a legendary golfer and he recently worked with Horvat. Woods and Grant Horvat jointly promoted the new TaylorMade Golf Qi35 Driver through the video.

Throughout the session, Woods received a list of questions from Horvat. The influencer was asking the TGL partner of Rory McIlroy how to improve his shots. In the video (6:49), Woods offered his take:

"I grew up with at a time when we were transforming everything. So I was on the outside of Persimmon, kind of where I grew up on, so I have always been a natural sweeper of a golf ball. And so I have been good at hitting fairway bunker shots. I've always hit the ball high naturally. So learning over time to actually hit the ball down it's been one of my tasks over time."

In another short clip, Woods and Horvat were seen promoting the TaylorMade Golf Qi35 Driver. Rory McIlroy’s fellow TGL co-founder explained how he always used to hit the ball off the heel.

"Over the course of my career, I have always hit the ball off the heel. This is one of the reasons why I still use my old tees," Tiger Woods said.
"That's how high you would tee it up?" asked Grant Horvat.

Tiger Woods offered valuable insight and taught Horvat how to play shots throughout their collaboration session. The latter could also relate to hitting a 5-wood off the deck and hitting a 4-iron with a sweeping action.
