"Sensational" - Fans react to Tony Finau's Halloween special 'Thriller' performance with his family

Fans on social media have reacted to Tony Finau's dance performance on Halloween. The golfer recently uploaded a video of himself dancing with his family on his Instagram account.

Tony Finau donned black pants, a black t-shirt, and a red-and-black shirt. He also wore white gloves and a red wig, while his family members danced in black Halloween outfits. In the caption of the video, the 35-year-old revealed that his mom taught him to dance when he was ten, and he was "pumped to teach" it to his family. He called it:

"Thriller Finau Fresh style."

Fans jumped to the comments section to praise the golfer and called it "sensational."

"Sensational," a fan wrote.
"He's got some moves on him. Look forward to seeing him at the Grant Thornton Invitational in December," another fan jotted.

Meanwhile, some were critical, calling it "weird."

"Ngl - this is weird as f**k," one more fan wrote.

Other fans praised the golfer.

Tony Finau to team up with Nelly Korda for Grant Thornton Invitational

Finau is currently away from the greens and enjoying time with his family. However, he will soon be returning to compete in official tournaments. The 35-year-old recently confirmed his presence at the upcoming Grant Thornton Invitational, where he will team up with Nelly Korda for the tournament taking place in December.

It will feature a stellar field of LPGA Tour and PGA Tour players, including Jason Day and Lydia Ko, who will return to defend their title this year.

Other teams playing at the Grant Thornton Invitational include Lexi Thompson and Rickie Fowler, Brooke Henderson and Corey Conners, Lilia Vu and Luke List, Atthaya Thitikul and Tom Kim, Patty Tavatanakit and Jake Knapp, and Megan Khang and Matt Kuchar.

Celine Boutier and Matthieu Pavon will join them along with Andrea Lee and Billy Horschel, Jennifer Kupcho and Akshay Bhatia, Gabriela Ruffles and Nick Dunlap, Lauren Coughlin and Cameron Young, Mel Reid and Cameron Champ, and Maja Stark and J.T. Poston.

Finau and Korda have had impressive seasons this year, and fans are excited to see them playing in a mixed-field event. Korda has had a terrific season, winning six tournaments on the LPGA Tour, including five back-to-back wins. Meanwhile, Tony Finau also recorded some amazing finishes on the PGA Tour this season.

Competing in 22 tournaments, he was the runner-up at the Texas Children's Houston Open. He recorded five top-10 finishes and missed only two cuts this season.

Some of his impressive finishes include T6 at the Farmers Insurance Open, T8 at the Memorial Tournament, T3 at the US Open, and T5 at the Travelers Championship. His last individual tournament was the Tour Championship, where he finished tied for 23rd place.
