In the 2022 Masters, McIlroy finished as runner-up to Scottie Scheffler, missing out on the green jacket merely by a margin of par under 3. It is a whole new season, and the 87th edition of Masters is just days away. McIlroy will definitely fancy his chances.

2023 Augusta Master: Schedule

The first day of pre-tournament discussions at Augusta National begins on April 3rd. The bulk of the pre-tournament discussions, however, will occur on April 4th, Tuesday. Two more well-known players are scheduled for that day, current FedExCup winner McIlroy and current Masters and PLAYERS champion Scottie Scheffler. Only one LIV golfer, Cameron Smith, is scheduled to appear on April 3rd.
