Stewart Cink sits at T-14 amidst suspended Round 1 at WM Phoenix Open
The first round of the WM Phoenix Open couldn't be completed due to various factors. First, a frost delayed the start by almost two hours. The temperature was relatively low in the morning. The play was then suspended during the afternoon session due to bad lighting.

As per Taylor, the conditions were not easy as the holes were taking longer than usual due to the winds.
"I've seen a lot of wind conditions, but this was one of the toughest stretches I've played out here," Taylor was quoted saying on ESPN.
Arizona State grad Jon Rahm played till the 13th hole, finishing at 3 under until the game got suspended. Rahm is a local favorite, coming to TPC Scottsdale with consecutive victories in the Sentry Tournament of Champions and The American Express last month.

Jordan Spieth scored four birdies and four bogeys to finish Day 1 at 71. Justin Thomas played 12 holes at 1-over. Rory McIlroy, who was playing on the PGA Tour for the first time this year, had a mediocre day as he finished the first round at 2-over 73.
