“This looks pretty crap”: Charley Hull shares impressive gains in the gym, completing an exercise she never could before

Charley Hull is gearing up for the 2025 season. Recently, she shared a glimpse of her gym workout in an Instagram story. She tried something new in the gym to add to her routine but seemed to be struggling to achieve it.

In her recent Instagram story, Hull is wearing a blue sports bra paired with blue sports tights. She is attempting a press-up but having a hard time doing it. She shared her thoughts about it while writing a funny caption over the story:

"Never been able to do a press up in my life but this looks pretty crap but I'm getting there😂😂

Hull also recently shared her views on TikTok's ban in the United States, on Instagram. Dressed in black winterwear sponsored by Malbon Golf, Hull posted a selfie and captioned about the news:

"TikTok is being banned to be honest I think were should all be going bk to old school ban all social media. Go bk to a nokia phone and live life in the moment. grantee the whole world would be a happier healthier place."

Hull's Instagram story surfaced moments after TikTok, owned by ByteDance Ltd., was banned in the US. The move was to protect Americans from the Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act. Charley Hull does not maintain an official TikTok account. Instead the 28-year-old shares golf-related content for her 712K Instagram followers and 92.3K followers on X.

In a recent Instagram post, Hull showcased her routine, which was a mix of treadmill runs, rowing, and pushing a weighted sled. She captioned the post:

"It's being comfortable with being uncomfortable, as my dad has always told me pain is a weakness of the mind."

On the work front, Hull is fresh off a successful 2024 LPGA Tour season and aims to enter the upcoming season with the same energy. Last year, she secured a T7 finish at the Hilton Grand Vacations tournament of championships. In addition, Hull also had a T2 finish at the ANNIKA.

Besides this, Hull's 2024 season featured a notable victory at the Aramco team series in Riyadh, where she defeated Nicole Brock Estrup by three strokes. She had six other top-5 finishes and ended up 10th in Rolex Ranking.
