Tiger Woods has once again won the PGA Tour's Player Impact Program, his third victory in four years. He went past Scottie Scheffler, who, despite winning seven trophies, finished second in the 2024 PIP rankings.

According to Sports Business Journal, the 15-time major championship winner won $10 million, as the total pool was cut to half in 2024 to $50 million. Rory McIlroy, who topped the rankings in 2023, previously won $15 million. Scheffler will receive $8 million for second, while McIlroy finished third and won $4.5 million.

Interestingly, for the 2024 PIP rankings, the PGA Tour awarded only the top 10 players, while previously, it had 20 rankings. 2024 marks the end of the PIP program that started in 2020-21 to identify and reward golfers who generate and bring positive interest to the tour.
