Tiger Woods to open new PopStroke venue in Florida: Venue, upgraded amenities and more explored

Tiger Woods and his team TGR Designs are building a new PopStroke property at West Palm Beach this month. PopStroke is a family-oriented golf entertainment chain with properties in Fort Myers, Myrtle Beach, and a few other places.

Food and drinks will be available at this new branch of PopStroke. On December 5, PopStroke Chief Executive Greg Bartoli said the $20 million site would transform into a flagship destination. It'd include two artificial turf mini golf courses with outdoor lighting.

The new PopStroke outlet will also have a children's playground, a lavish restaurant, bar counters, and six 24-foot-by-13-foot jumbotron video screens that will show the leaderboard. The other amenities include a 21-and-older VIP lounge with a swimming pool and bar.

The new PopStroke venue at West Palm Beach will open to the public on December 20. As per Golfweek, Bartoli, who has joined hands with Woods for this venture said he would organize a backyard party at the venue. Bartoli also said:

“There’s no windmills, no clowns…Instead, we’ve made a beautiful environment that can appeal to different guests…has the nicest, world-class resorts…and we want to make this a showcase property.”

PopStroke’s first location Port St. Lucie was opened by Bartoli in 2019. In 2020, Woods’ TGR Design became a co-owner and revamped the Port St. Lucie course.

Exploring more about the new PopStroke venue

Both children and adults aged 3 to 93 can play at the new PopStroke venue. The lighting at night in the venue will make it more enthralling for professionals to gather for a round of golf.

The venue has a family-friendly restaurant and an ice cream parlor to cater to the cravings of children in between games. The Sushi served in the lounge is cooked by chefs from Nobu.

PopStroke has a two-story restaurant, with the ground floor having an American menu that gives a view to the children's playground. Bartoli also explained that the idea came from the thought that parents could see their children playing while enjoying meals.

The second floor is an event space with a bar and around 100 people can get accommodated there for birthday parties and other events. The restaurant is open to people and they can have access without passes.

People need to buy passes for mini golf courses. Play at PopStroke costs $30 per head from Monday to Thursday and it costs $35 from Friday to Sunday. PopStroke membership is available for $30 a month with 25% off on food and beverages and 20% on events. VIP membership costs are $5000 a year and include priority to tee off first.
