Top 5 oldest golfers to win on the PGA Tour Champions

Let's take a look a look at the five oldest golfers to win on the PGA Tour Champions:

#1 Bernhard Langer

The 2024 Charles Schwab Championship was Bernhard Langer's 356th start on the PGA Tour. Despite having 47 wins including 12 Major championships on the Tour, this was the first time he won the tournament.

The 67-year-old Langer won the tournament by one stroke over Steven Alker and Richard Green. Talking about his victory, Langer said (via AP News),

"It's unbelievable, I can't describe it. To win this big tournament after what I've been through and to make it 18 years in a row out here. This was the least likely one to win because I’ve just never done very well here for some reason. But I had one of the best putting weeks of my life. Greenkeeping staff, I owe you one, well done, great job."

Langer scored 69, 64, 67, and 66, in the four rounds of the tournament. In 16 starts this year, the German golfer has one win, one runner-up finish, eight top-10 finishes, and 12 top-25 finishes.

As per Golf Compendium, the win helped him extend his record of being the oldest golfer to win on the PGA Tour Champions for the sixth time.
