Charley Hull broke out laughing after mishearing the announcement at the 2024 Solheim Cup. The biennial event is being held from Friday, September 13 to Sunday, September 15 at at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club.
The English player was seen wearing a Team Europe uniform with a white and blue polo shirt and a blue skirt. The moment happened during Hull's introduction at the first tee when she misheard the DJ rather than the event announcer. Hull broke out in laughter with her teammate.

Charley Hull had a foursome and a fourball match on Friday. In the foursome match, she was paired with Esther Henseleit. The duo faced Team USA's Nelly Korda and Allisen Corpuz. Hull and Henseleit took the lead on the second hole but the Korda and Corpuz gained momentum after the seventh hole.
The foursome match ended on the 16th hole with a score of 3 & 2 with Team USA's victory. In the fourball match, Hull was paired with Linn Grant. They faced Team USA's Andrea Lee and Rose Zhang. The European team took the lead in the first hole but the USA made a comeback. The match ended on the 14th hole with a score of 5 & 4 with USA's win.
Europe has won only two of the eight matches played so far. Emily Pedersen and Maja Stark won their foursome match against Ally Ewing and Jennifer Kupcho by 2 UP. Europe's second victory came in a fourball match where Anna Nordqvist and Madelene Sagstrom defeated Alison Lee and Lexi Thompson by 6 & 5.
Team USA has taken a big lead of 6-2 going into Saturday's matches. Hull is again paired with Henseleit and the duo will face Ally Ewing and Jennifer Kupcho.
Charley Hull is playing her seventh Solheim Cup. The World No. 12 has a Solheim Cup record of 12-7-3 in the last six Solheim Cups.
