WATCH: Kristen Gillman makes hole-in-one on the 4th hole at Maybank Championship

Kristen Gillman is currently competing in the third round at the 2024 Maybank Championship. The LPGA Tour event is being held at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Gillman had a strong start to the tournament, having carded 6-under 66 in the first round and tied for fifth. In the second round, she scored 2-under 70 and was tied for ninth. She made another solid start in the third round with a hole-in-one on the 4th hole.

LPGA Tour shared the video of her hole-in-one on the 4th hole at the Maybank Championship. In the video, Gillman can be seen making a clean strike from the tee shot and her ball bouncing a few times before landing in the hole.

At the time of writing, Kristen Gillman was at 2-under 50 in 13 holes. She is tied for seventh with Mirabel Ting, Wichanee Meechai, Celine Boutier, Gabriela Ruffels and Hye Jin Choi.

Haeran Ryu is on the top of the leaderboard with a score 15-under. Ruoning Yin is a shot behind on second and Jeeno Thitikul is on third. The winner of the tournament of the Maybank Championship will receive $450,000 from the $3m purse.
