Jon Rahm hilariously got his LIV Golf jacket stolen by social media influencer Rick Shiels. The golf influencer recently shared a video of having a conversation with Jon Rahm on X, during which he tricked the LIV golfer into giving up his jacket.
Shiels received a call from the Legion XIII captain and asked if he could borrow his jacket. The Spaniard agreed, saying it would look perfect on him. Rick Shiels finally got Rahm's jacket and donned it in style as the video ended.
However, the social media influencer promised to return it to the Spaniard. Sharing the post on his X account, Shiels wrote:
"Don’t worry @JonRahmOfficial I’ll give it back eventually… 😉"
Notably, the Saudi league is gearing up for the upcoming fourth season and ahead of that, they have implemented several changes on their circuit. They have some new faces in the league and hired a new CEO.
Moreover, LIV Golf has also signed a deal with renowned YouTuber Rick Shiels, who has 2.92 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, as their ambassador to create content for the league in the upcoming season. Intriguingly, Shiels has already started his content creation duties for the Saudi league with his recent collaboration with Jon Rahm.
Rick Shiels shares excitement to join LIV Golf
Rick Shiels is pretty active on the internet. His YouTube channel Rick Shiels PGA, started in 2012, has gained significant attention in the golf world.
Now, Shiels has signed a deal with LIV Golf. He opened up about his deal with the Saudi league and shared his excitement for the "incredible opportunity." He said, via LIV Golf:

Rick Shiels will attend the Saudi league's 14 tournaments of the upcoming season to create exclusive LIV Golf content. The Saudi league is scheduled to start its 2025 season on February 6 in Saudi Arabia.
